Our Standard/Regular Cleaning service is designed to keep your home consistently clean, fresh, and comfortable. This service focuses on routine cleaning and upkeep of essential living spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.

Detailed Cleaning Scope & Service Inclusions
Kitchen & Dining Areas
Dust and wipe accessible countertops and surfaces. Clean and sanitize kitchen sinks and faucets. Wipe exterior surfaces of cabinets and drawers, focusing on visible marks and fingerprints. Clean stovetop surfaces and accessible burner areas. Wipe the exterior of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other countertop appliances. Wipe tables, chairs, and accessible dining surfaces. Clean visible backsplash splashes and marks. Empty kitchen trash bins and replace liners when provided. Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop accessible floors.
Bathrooms
Clean and sanitize toilets, including seats, bowls, and accessible exterior surfaces. Clean sinks, faucets and countertops. Clean mirrors and accessible glass surfaces. Clean bathtubs and shower surfaces, including fixtures and shower doors, addressing routine soap residue. Wipe accessible cabinet and drawer exteriors. Dust accessible shelves, fixtures, and surfaces. Wipe towel holders, toilet paper holders, and other accessible fixtures. Empty bathroom trash bins and replace liners when provided. Sweep and mop bathroom floors.
Bedrooms
Dust accessible furniture, including nightstands, dressers, desks, and shelves. Wipe accessible surfaces and remove light dust buildup. Clean accessible mirrors. Lightly dust windowsills and accessible ledges. Empty bedroom trash bins and replace liners when provided. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
Living Rooms & Common Areas
Dust accessible furniture, tables, shelves, and decorative surfaces. Wipe coffee tables, side tables, and other accessible surfaces. Lightly dust accessible electronics and entertainment units using appropriate methods. Straighten cushions, pillows, and throws. Dust accessible windowsills and ledges. Wipe light fingerprints and marks from accessible surfaces. Clean accessible mirrors and interior glass surfaces. Vacuum upholstered furniture surfaces where included in the agreed service. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and accessible floor areas. Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
Hallways, Entryways & Staircases
Dust accessible surfaces, ledges, and furniture. Wipe accessible handrails and banisters. Remove light dust from accessible windowsills. Vacuum carpeted stairs and hallways. Sweep and mop hard-surface stairs and entryways where appropriate. Remove light dirt and debris from accessible floor areas.
General Cleaning Throughout the Home
Remove light dust from accessible surfaces. Dust accessible light switches and outlet cover surfaces using safe, dry methods. Wipe frequently touched door handles and accessible contact points. Spot-clean minor fingerprints on accessible doors and doorframes. Lightly dust accessible baseboards where included in the maintenance routine. Remove visible cobwebs within safe reach. Empty small household trash bins and replace liners when provided. Vacuum accessible carpeted areas and rugs. Sweep and mop accessible hard-surface floors. Perform a final visual check of cleaned areas.

Important Service Information
Standard Cleaning is intended for homes that are reasonably maintained and require routine upkeep. Homes with significant buildup, excessive clutter, heavy staining, or conditions requiring extensive detailing may need an initial Deep Cleaning service.
Cleaning is performed in safely accessible areas. Customers are encouraged to clear excessive clutter and secure fragile or valuable belongings before the appointment.
All services are subject to the agreed scope, property conditions, and any approved additional charges.
