Thoroughly clean and sanitize accessible countertops and food preparation surfaces. Clean and detail kitchen sinks, faucets, and surrounding fixtures. Remove routine water spots, food residue, and light mineral buildup from sink and faucet surfaces. Thoroughly clean stovetop surfaces, burner areas, knobs, and accessible edges. Remove routine grease, food splatters, and buildup from accessible cooking surfaces. Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave, including the turntable. What's Not Included in Standard Cleaning
The following services are not included unless specifically requested, quoted, and approved:

Garage, attic, unfinished basement, patio, balcony, or exterior cleaning unless included in the agreed estimate.

Extensive adhesive, sticker, paint, or caulk removal.

Post-construction or renovation dust and debris removal.

Important Service Information
Property Readiness: Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for vacant or substantially empty properties. All personal belongings, furniture, and unnecessary clutter should be removed before the scheduled appointment.
Cabinets & Storage: Cabinets, drawers, closets, and storage compartments must be completely emptied before cleaning. Occupied storage areas may be skipped unless otherwise arranged.
Utilities: Running water and electricity must be available throughout the cleaning appointment.
Property Condition: Properties with excessive grease, heavy staining, substantial debris, severe buildup, or unusual cleaning conditions may require additional labor, specialized services, or a revised estimate.
Accessibility & Safety: Cleaning is limited to safely accessible areas. Our team does not move heavy appliances or furniture or perform tasks requiring unsafe heights or specialized equipment unless separately agreed upon.
Cleaning Results: We make reasonable efforts to remove routine dirt, dust, grease, and residue. Permanent stains, discoloration, damaged finishes, and deeply embedded buildup may not be fully removable.
Inspection Requirements: Customers with landlord, property management, or move-out inspection checklists are encouraged to share those requirements before booking so the requested services can be reviewed and included in the agreed scope where appropriate.
Service Scope: All services are performed according to the approved estimate, property conditions, and agreed cleaning requirements.
